What are your opening hours?
We're open 8am to 2am, every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 68 George St, Redfern NSW 2016. We're a mobile service, so we come to you.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Redfern and the surrounding inner-south suburbs: Waterloo, Surry Hills, Darlington, Chippendale, Eveleigh, Alexandria, Erskineville, Newtown, Zetland, Moore Park and Beaconsfield.
How do I get a price?
Call (02) 7209 6103 and describe the job. We'll give you an estimate on the phone and confirm the price on site before any work starts.
How do you open a locked door?
We start with non-destructive entry so your lock keeps working. If a lock must be drilled or replaced, we explain why and confirm the price first.
Do you need ID before opening a door?
Yes. We ask for proof that you live at or are authorised to enter the property, or that the car is yours. It protects you and your neighbours.
Can you come to me after midnight?
Yes, we take call-outs until 2am every night.
Which payment methods do you take?
Please ask when you call. Our technician will confirm payment options before starting the job.
How fast can you get to me in Redfern?
Our base is on George St, Redfern, so call-outs within Redfern, Waterloo, Surry Hills, Darlington and Chippendale are usually quick. We give you an arrival time when you call.
Should I change my locks when I move in?
It's a good idea. You don't know how many copies of the old keys are around. Replacing the lock cylinder is usually quick and affordable.
Can you come after we close?
Yes. We work until 2am, so we can change or repair locks after trading hours.
Will opening my car cause damage?
We use specialist tools designed to open car doors without damage. We'll explain the method before we start.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace?
It depends on the lock and the fault. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense before we start work.
Do smart locks work on apartment doors?
Many do, but some buildings have rules about front-door hardware. We check your door type and can advise on models that fit.
